The Leipzig graticule is at latitude 51, longitude 12. It completely encloses the city of Leipzig and some parts of Halle (Saale). It extends as far as Zerbst/Anhalt to the north, Altenburg to the south, Halle (Saale) and Merseburg to the west and Torgau to the east.
