Expedition

I had an appointment for the third vaccination at 13:00. Because of that, I could only leave for the geohash in the afternoon, at about 15:00. But it was a close one, only a three quaters of an hour motorcycle ride. If it was close, I had most probably travelled the route before, and indeed, I had ridden most of these roads a couple of times, last times in expeditions 2021-09-12_40_-4 and 2021-09-30_39_-4.

In the satellite view of the Maps, it looked like the geohash was pretty close to a paved road. Curiously, there was no street view available for the final part, so I could not check if the roead was suitable for the heavy Goldwing and if the geohash was accessible. The answer to the former turned out to be “yes,” the answer to the latter “kind of.”

Finally, all worked well and I was back home at 17:00. This was well before sunset, but it got already a bit cold.
