Arguments for having an own page for a group:
- they want to track achievements collectively rather than (or in addition to) as individuals
- they will set up a collective e-mail so they all get notifications of page changes here
- they like annoying Joannac.

- Argument against creating it in the user namespace: Someone could register the name as user account and claim the page. Best would probably to register a group account as well. That could even allow group edits and group notifications. :] edit: I just realize that you probably meant this as well, Robyn. -- relet 08:17, 20 May 2009 (UTC)
