You could have found them yourself by browsing the graticule talk pages, i.e. Talk:Vancouver, British Columbia, Talk:Surrey, British Columbia, Talk:Victoria, British Columbia and Talk:Bellingham, Washington. Heh, it's a big world, I knew there was a good chance you were in a different one. As for User page help, so far there is Creating a User Page, not exactly a template, but it's your page so we don't tell people what to put on it. And you'll be interested in Template:ASG.
