I only just started actually going to hashes this month (as of writing this, January 2025), and am no longer limiting myself to hashes in walking distance from my house (convincing people to drive me places is going better than I thought). I only just started actually going to hashes this month (as of writing this, January 2025), and am no longer limiting myself to hashes in walking distance from my house (convincing people to drive me places is going better than I thought). I'm in the Boston, Massachusetts graticule (42, -71). Generally, given where I live (right on the edge of the graticule) I can’t reach a lot of the hashes that are in my graticule - a 9 mile walk is about my limit, and that only gets me to Burlington or so.
