2011 Expeditions

I have finally hit enough expeditions that I feel the need to separate the years into their own pages.

2011-12-31 42 -87 - A rain reservoir near two Park-and-Ride lots.
2011-12-29 42 -87 - A cluster of trees in an industrial park South of the airport.
2011-12-22 43 -88 - ~~A patch of farmland in Pewaukee, WI at lunchtime~~
2011-12-21 43 -87 - A small strip of grass in an urban area on the way to date night
2011-12-19 42 -88 - A drive-through visit in New Berlin, WI that I calculated by hand
2011-12-17 42 -88 - A cul-de-sac in Franklin, Wisconsin at midnight with the wife
2011-12-11 42 -87 - A park in Evanston, IL with a sled hill and a geocache
2011-12-08 43 -89 - Small rural road after stopping for dinner at Moosejaw Pizza and Beer
2011-12-05 43 -89 - ~~Behind a treeline in the Wisconsin Dells~~
2011-11-30 29 -95 - A small wooded area behind a gas station near Houston, Texas
2011-11-29 43 -88 - An easy visit at an intersection in downtown Wauwatosa
2011-10-28 42 -88 - An easy visit at the edge of a road near shopping for dinner supplies
2011-10-22 43 -87 - Used the day's hashpoint as a random adventure generator with the Wyf
2011-10-17 42 -88 - Retrohash: Didn't make actual date, but spent the rest of week at client site a mile away
2011-10-14 43 -88 - I sent a puppet out to find a hash less than five miles from her dorm at college
2011-10-13 43 -87 - The parking lot of a labor union headquarters
2011-10-09 42 -88 - A corn field in Harvard, IL
2011-10-07 43 -87 - The rear parking lot of a country club
2011-08-25 - On the way home I tried two more graticules at dusk/dark

44 -92 - A corn field at dusk with the edge of a sunset and a sky full of stars

43 -90 - ~~Couldn't find a safe route and settled for parking on the freeway nearby~~

2011-08-22 - I visited five hashes on my trip from Milwaukee to Minneapolis for work

43 -88 - A senior living apartment near home

43 -89 - The parking lot of a Piggly Wiggly near Madison

44 -90 - ~~A near-miss of the hash on private property in scary "ya got a purty mouth" territory~~

45 -92 - ~~A near-miss of the hash on private property in breathtakingly beautiful farm land~~

45 -93 - Mere feet from the hash at the edge of someone's house

2011-08-06 42 -88 - My first excursion was the 42, -88 event on 2011-08-05
