Saturday meetup looks like it's in a field or some sort of undeveloped land east of Estacada. Public road access to within a mile or so, not sure after that.

Can't commit to going just yet, but it looks doable.

Vistors! - Ohai!
Hey Portland graticule residents! I took a couple pictures of the city while I was there, and was wondering if you would like to put one on your page, as some other graticules have done.  I have two options: and .  I would resize the image (since they are way too big for inclusion on a graticule page) and possibly crop it (if desired).  Let me know if you are interested, or feel free to download either one and post it yourself! --aperfectring 00:37, 11 June 2009 (UTC)

:AperfectBot approves.  I would suggest that a page is only created if someone is very likely to attend, though, so we don't end up with a lot of pages with just a location description lying around.  And heck, even *I* don't usually create planning pages much in advance, if at all. =P  One of the future goals of the bot is to be able to look for possible planning on graticule and graticule talk pages (not all of them, mind you, just ones in a list that will likely be on a wiki page).  --aperfectring 17:09, 24 June 2009 (UTC)

Damn you all in Portland for having an active location. I am the only local to ever visit a Eugene location... It is hard to go when you know you will be the only one there. Grr.

It's a shame that none of the recent (and not-so-recent) expeditions have been written up so that the rest of us can enjoy reading about them. (Or did nobody actually go? Several people are listed as expressing interest.) Can I please encourage you all to write something -- anything! -- about your expeditions? Thanks. -- Benjw 17:59, 15 May 2009 (UTC)
