Great, I'm on vacation (up in Whistler), and today's Geohash is practically downtown.  Looks like it's smack in the middle of the Trans-Canada just as it leaves Victoria, right before the Helmcken Road exit.  In fact, it looks like it lies in the grassy part between both directions of the highway.  Should be easy to make it, would just have to do a little highway jay-walking.  I'm sure it might even be accessible from the fast lane within a GPS device's margin of error.  Good luck to any of you going to try this. --Wenslayer 14:59, 30 June 2009 (UTC)

Argh, on a rare day the Geohash appears with the Capital Regional District, today it is on the grounds of CFB Esquimalt's CFAD Rocky Point (ammunition depot), and the point itself looks like it lands right on top of an ammunition bunker!  It's highly unlikely to get close to this, unless you work there and have restricted access. --Wenslayer 18:29, 24 June 2009 (UTC)

Argh, this weekend's three Geohashes are all too far flung to practically reach in half a day.  Can I pick which latitude and longitude out of the three days and create my own?  For example, how about this one?

* Friday's longitude () + Sunday's latitude () = a point in Saanich about 220 from Prospect Lake Road

Spend the weekend doing something that you'll have to do later, so that another weekend you can spend the whole day/weekend geohashing, and not feel guilty. Clean the garage, weed the garden.
