Hey! I'm XXOs, and have geohashed somewhere between eight and ten times (inclusive), depending on whether you consider unsuccessful attempts and/or retrohashes to count.

Hey! I'm XXOs, a user on this wiki (believe it or not). I used to have a thing saying how many times I’d geohashed, but it got annoying to update. I might figure it a better way to show that soon.

I also have a hashscot, a Cyndaquil named Therm!

My account was created on 2020-09-18.

A while ago, I made a Javascript port of Hessophanes's regiohashing tool, but I haven't updated it for a while and am contemplating redoing it.

Is it true that XXOs earned the Holy hash achievement?
In principle, yes.
But while the hash was on the same street as a church, it didn't land at the church. (2021-09-26 -34 138).
Boatless.PNG
Is it true that this user earned the Regional geohashing achievement?
In principle, yes.
But the hash point was technically not in the city of Adelaide, and any definitions of "Greater Adelaide" either don't include it or include more than just -34,138 and -35,138 (2024-02-18 -35 138).
Boatless.PNG
Is it true that XXOs earned the Cross that bridge achievement?
In principle, yes.
But the geohash wasn’t actually on a bridge - it was a couple of metres away. (2024-04-03 -34 138).
