Expeditions that did not reach the day's coordinates because they were on private property or within a restricted area and the geohashers were unable or unwilling to obtain legal access to the site.

If any geohasher reaches the coordinates on the correct day then the expedition should be classed instead as Category:Coordinates reached. Class it here only if no one reaches the coordinates.

This category was created to replace Category:Failed - No public access to remove the stigma of failure from someone following the rules of geohashing.
