Tarasaurus/Test
This is a testing page for Tarasaurus to work on things without interrupting active pages on the wiki. Currently I'm working on a re-write and archiving of the Aurora, Illinois graticule page.
Test Area Below
Rockford | Schaumburg | Kenosha, Wisconsin |
Sterling | Aurora | Chicago |
Peoria | Champaign/Urbana | Danville |
Today's location: geohashing.info google osm bing/os kml crox |
The 41,-88 graticule, named for the city of Aurora, contains much of the western suburbs near Chicago as well as a large area of rural farmland outside Chicagoland. Some of the larger cities in Illinois are within the graticule including Aurora, Naperville, and Joliet.
In accordance with the Main Page and geohashing tradition, the official meetups of the 41,-88 graticule are Saturdays at 4pm Central time. This is not a requirement, but is the best chance to meet other geohashers.
