Oregon is a state on the Pacific Coast of the United States. More than 90% of the population lives in the western third of the state, especially in the Willamette Valley (which is located in the Portland, Eugene, McMinnville, and Springfield graticules). The Eastern half of the state is sparsely inhabited, with terrain that is often dry and rugged.

Graticules

This section lists Oregon's graticules. Where known, the date of the first geohash in each is given.

As of 2009-11-05, all eight graticules in the eastern quarter of the state are Virgin.
