The McMinnville graticule is at 45 N, 123 W. Most of the graticule is covered by the heavily forested Coast Range, but it descends to the Pacific Ocean to the west and into the farmlands of the northern Willamette Valley on the each. The Tillamook Forest as well as coastal areas to the west and foothills and flatter areas to the east provides opportunity for hiking to geohashing locations when local and/or logging roads do not.
Cities in this graticule include Banks, Forest Grove, and a few other western suburbs of Portland; coastal towns including Tillamook, Rockaway Beach, Cannon Beach, and Seaside; plus the graticule's namesake, McMinnville.
As of May 29, 2022, McMinnville is the graticule with the 20th most expeditions overall, and tied for the 88th most expeditions that reached their coordinates.
