The Brighton graticule covers the part of the United Kingdom (UK) from 50° to 51° latitude, and from -1° to -0° longitude. It includes the towns of Chichester, Bognor Regis and many other places along the South coast. Unfortunately, only about 20% of this graticule is land, so most of the hash locations are in the sea; in this case the local custom for Saturday meetups is to get to the coast, as near to the hashpoint as possible.

- 2020-03-20 50 -0 Macronencer reached the hash point on Oxen Down near East Dean.
- 2020-03-10 50 -0 Macronencer reached the hash point, which lay in the northwest corner of the graticule, on the edge of Queen Elizabeth Country Park.
2017
All geohashers are cordially invited to the 10th anniversary 2018 geohashing day meetup in the Cambridge UK graticule.
- 21 May 2018 (Mon): An excellent celebration of Geohashing Day will take place at 4pm local time at a place yet to be determined.
- 26 May 2018 (Sat): is Mouse Over Day and might be more convenient so the invitation applies to this day too.
