I'm a geohasher currently residing in the Eugene, Oregon graticule, where I attend school at Oregon State University. I also geohash occasionally in the La Pine, Oregon and Portland, Oregon graticules.

Geohashing Buddies Alison Alison is my girlfriend and most active geohashing companion, the first statement being the direct cause of the second. She particularly enjoys cycling to geohashes and geocaching during expeditions. Alison has been on 12 expeditions with me, 7 of them successful. Higgs Higgs goes to college at Oregon State with me and is in the same major as me. I told him about geohashing after a Data Structures class and he has been hooked ever since. He owns his own standalone GPS and a machete. Higgs has been on 9 expeditions with me, 8 of them successful. Benture Benture is my dad. Although he started out as a drag-along companion, he has gone on some expeditions of his own! Benture has been on 7 expeditions with me, 5 of them successful. Daisy Daisy is a dog. She is perhaps my most enthusiastic geohashing companion because she loves walks in the woods and sticks. Daisy has been on 7 expeditions with me, 5 of them successful. Greg Greg went to high school with me and recently transferred to Oregon State. He has been programming with Google Glass and has a prototype app which shows the location of the nearest hashpoint. Greg has been on 6 expeditions with me, all successes.
