The Nürnberg (Nuremberg) graticule is at latitude 49, longitude 11. It covers parts of the Regierungsbezirke of Oberfranken (Upper Franconia), Mittelfranken (Middle Franconia) and Oberpfalz (Upper Palatinate) and contains most of the city of Nürnberg at its western edge and extends nearly to Regensburg in the south-east and up to Bayreuth at the north.

2009-01-28 49 11 on an access road between two shiny new business buildings in Amberg. dawidi went there by train (and bike) in the evening.
