It will soon be automated, placing all pages that are in Category:Expedition planning for each date under the appropriate subheading, but for now it is manual. For discussion on the automation effort, please see the the bot talk page. To see what the bot is currently producing, go here
Add a new subheading if you are planning a more recent expedition, and move the subheadings for dates that have passed in their respective timezones to the Recent Meetups section. Each entry should be a link to a [[YYYY-MM-DD LAT LONG]] page giving more details of the planning, even if the plan is simply "thepiguy will attend." Please don't use this page for simply cataloguing geohash locations: posting here is interpreted as an intention to geohash there on that date.
