Achievements to Get

It's always nice to win an achievement along with a successful expedition. For me, some are more desirable than others.

• Walk to as many hashpoints as possible and beat the current distance record. For a complete list of all my walk hashes (successful or not), see Walk Geohashes.
• Send more hashcards.

Things to Do at Hashpoints

• Combine geohashing with guerilla gardening.
• Revisit old hashpoints and document how the place changed (the above point makes revisiting particularly interesting).
• Clean up the hashpoint area.
• Leave a hashtag.
• Leave a hashmark big and durable enough that it can be seen from space. Then wait for the next Google Earth imagery update.
