rating system
This is a rough description of the rating levels. All of them are subject to my own whim, not exhaustive and may change over time. Also, since some of the expeditions are rated more than 2.5 years later, there might be bias. I added a short explanation for a certain rating in the expedition table when I could do it in a few words.
